The short version

Hexon runs on your infrastructure. We do not operate it, we do not have access to it, and we do not receive any data from it. Your users, sessions, logs, and configuration stay entirely under your control.

This privacy notice covers only the hexon.io website and any direct interactions you have with Hexon as a company (support, sales, downloads).

What we collect on this website

Automatically. Standard web server access logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type, timestamp). These are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.

When you contact us. If you reach out via email or a contact form, we store your name, email address, and the content of your message to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent.

Downloads. When you download Hexon, we may log the download event (version, platform, timestamp). We do not track individual users across downloads.

What we do not do

  • We do not use third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
  • We do not sell, share, or trade personal information with third parties.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting.
  • We do not collect telemetry from Hexon installations. The software does not phone home.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (e.g., theme preference). No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Under GDPR, you also have the right to data portability, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Data processor

Hexon does not act as a data processor for your Hexon deployment. The software runs entirely on your infrastructure. You are the data controller for any personal data processed by your gateway.

Data Processing Agreement. For managed services or professional services engagements where Hexon processes personal data on behalf of the customer, a GDPR Article 28 compliant DPA is available on request. Contact legal@hexon.io.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
